How real?

It looks like Apple is already addressing some of his concerns regarding iBooks. The new iPad commercial shows a button in the top-right of iBooks which looks as though it’s for switching between book cover view and some other view, maybe a list view:
Plus Steve Jobs’ demo of iBooks showed that you can turn the “pages” just by tapping on one side of the screen or the other - i.e. you don’t need to swipe to turn the page.
